江苏常弘律师事务所成立于2010年8月，是一个新兴的律师事务所。成立至今自成立以来，我所已经成为常州市大型综合性的律师事务所之一。律我所为了适应法律服务市场专业化的需求，根据自身的专业优势，各合伙人带队分别设立了诉讼业务部、票据部、房地产部、公司法律顾问部、人力资源部、证券投资部等专业化法律服务部门，提升法律服务的专业化。律我所也是上海股权托管交易中心的股权报价系统（Q板）的推荐机构会员，股份转让系统（E板）的专业服务机构会员。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

目前律所执业律师人数已一直保持在20人以上，实习律师保持在8名，并配备助理、专职内勤和专职会计。律所办公面积将达800多平方米，配备有律师办公室、接待室、图书资料室，会议室等办公场所，电脑、网络等现代化办公设施一应俱全，办公条件优良，致力于为常弘客户创造良好的服务环境。

Jiangsu Changhong Law Firm,  was established in August ,2010, .now  As an emerging law firm, isit has been one of the largest -scale integratedfull-service law firms in the city of Changzhou by rapid development. In order to meet the demand for specialized legal services market and to promote the professionalization of legal services, our law firm has set up several departments according to the partners’ dominant specialties. These departments include Litigation Dept., corporate  notesBill  Ddept., depareal Real estate Estate departmentDept., Corporate counsel Counsel departmentDept., human HRresource dDept. and so on. NowBesides, our law firm has been the Member of Shanghai Equity Exchange in Q Board and E Board.

Up to now, there’re more than 20 practicing lawyers and 8 trainee solicitors30 staffs in our law firm. Also, we have several assistant solicitors, indoor staff and one accountant. Our law firm provides good service environment for our customers and excellent working conditions for lawyers with . The office space of our law firm is about 800 square meters. It has lawyers’ office, reception room, library and meeting room which equipped with computers, networks and other modern office facilities.

    马旭东律师团队成立于2011年初，是为了适应法律服务市场专业化所细分出来的服务团队，是常弘律师事务所创立时间最早的团队，是专门为企业提供“一站式”专业法律服务的律师团队，团队分诉讼部和事务部，团队全部成员由致力于改革和业务创新的中青年组成，所有成员都具有法学本科以上学历，其中50%具有硕士研究生学历。另外，马旭东律师团队的事务部同时负责律所证券投资部的业务。

                                                In order to To adapt to the specialized legal services market, we established Ma Xudong legal team in the early 2011, . It’swhich is  the earliest founded legal team in our law firmChangzhou. ItOur team aims at providing one- stop legal service for enterprises. The teamIt is divided in Llitigation Ddepartment and services Affair Ddepartment. All team members are youngspecialized  lawyers who committed to reform and innovation. All of them have achieved bachelor’s Bachelor’s dDegree or above in law, and even 50 percent of them whom have acquired master's Master's degreeDegree. In addition, the Affairs Dept. is in charge of the Security & Investment Dept. business of our law firm.

Professional team

Ma Xudong legal team is a team aimed at providing one-stop legal services for enterprises. This pattern changes the traditional ways by individuals and loose state of cooperation in traditional ways. Our team consists of is divided into litigation department and affair department. BothEach departments undertakeshave independent legal affairs in order to provide high-quality and professional services for our customers. The litigation department mainly deals with litigant and arbitral disputes while the affair department mainly deals with the construction of enterprise’s system, drafting or amending contracts, due diligence and negotiation for major projects and other non-litigation affairs. The reform and renovation taken by our team is ahead of the whole legal service industry in Changzhou.

马律师从事专职律师十余年，对企业业务具备扎实的理论功底和丰富的实践经验，能娴熟处理企事业单位的日常法律事务。目前担任数十家单位的常年法律顾问，同时也是常州市武进区劳动争议预防协会的特约讲师，常州市律师协会劳动和社会保障委员会委员。擅长企业风险的管理，特别是企业人力资源风险管理，并组织编写了常州首份《企业常年法律顾问服务手册》、《用人单位劳动争议常见十大败诉风险提示》、《企业管理中的法律风险与防范》等。

    Mr. Ma has been a professional lawyer for more than 10 years. As a lawyer with solid theoretical foundation and abundant practical experience in enterprise affairs, he can skillfully handle enterprises’ daily legal affairs. Now, he serves as a legal consultant for dozens of enterprises. Meanwhile, he is the tutor of the labor disputes-proof committee in Wujin and a member of the labor and social security committee. He is expert in enterprise risk management especially in human resource management. ”Service Mmanual on Llegal Ccounsel for Eenterprise” was firstly redacted by him in Changzhou. Meanwhile, ”Ten Ttips for Rthe risks of Llabor Ddisputes between Eemployer and Eemployee” and ”How to Pprevent the Rrisk of Eenterprise Mmanagement” are all written by him.

焦律师从业以来，一直坚持以受人之托，忠人之事为执业理念，坚持勤勉、敬业和专注为执业准则。从事法律事务工作数年，成功代理过数起复杂的民商事、刑事及行政案件，具有较强的理论知识和丰富的办案经验，擅长民商事案件的处理，其中尤以企业货款纠纷案件、质量纠纷案件、劳动纠纷案件及事故类案件见长，目前担任数家企业的法律顾问。

戴律师具有深厚的法律理论功底，曾在国家级和省级杂志上发表论文若干。经过长期为大中型企业的服务，对于企业的发展有自己的见解。其尤其擅长企业合同的起草、修订，国际以及国内股权以及资产并购、国际诉讼等业务。自成为证券投资部部长以来，不断提高自己在为企业提供场外市场服务的水平，特别在规范企业运行和帮助企业融资方面不断努力。

Felix Dai    Head of Affair Dept./   Minister of the Sec.&Inv. Dept./   Master’s degree of law

Mr. Dai has profound theoretical foundation and has published a lot of papers in journal. He is skilled in enterprise risk management, corporate contracts, mergers and acquisitions of equity & assets and other non-litigation legal affairs. In addition, he is also acquainted with international economic and trade disputes, international arbitration and international finance. After the law firm entered into the OTC market, he is taking continuous efforts in the standardization and financing of enterprise. 

 

吴鼎   团队事务部成员/  所证券投资部成员/  法学硕士

    吴律师老师为常州轻工职业技术学院讲师，曾主持江苏省高校哲社课题--《创新型企业知识产权证券融资的路径分析》等多项省市级课题。现主要致力于企业在上海股权托管交易中心Q板、E板挂牌以及新三板挂牌提供法律服务，同时为企业提供多渠道的融资，尤其擅长对企业的并购、融资租赁、动产抵押贷款等业务。 

 

Wu Ding  Member of the Affair Dept./  Member of the Sec.&Inv Dept./  Master’s degree of law

    Mr.Wu, as a teacher in the Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology, hasd been in charge of several research topic of Jiangsu Province such as “The Path Analysis of Security Financing with Intellectual Property of Innovative Enterprise”. He is now mainly engaged in listing in Shanghai Equity Exchange Q Board & E board and NEEQ. Meanwhile, he provide financing paths to enterprise such as equity acquisition, finance lease, property mortgage and etc.
