Position：MC Production Engineer (多芯生产工程师)
Scope of Job
The main purpose of the service is to improve the efficiency of Multicore cable production processes and to create and maintain commitment and motivation.
Calibrate and maintain test equipment of Multicore.
Calculation and assessment of the efficiency for worker
Responsibilities
· Establishing the requirements and functional specifications.
· To ensure the efficiency production process according to customer orders, prepare the mold and process confirmation.
· Track the production process data to verify the accuracy of documents.
· Improvements with focus on new technologies.
· Analysis and solve the problems with unusual products.
· Verify materials consumption and help to reduce production costs
· Assist completion of system certification and other related work.
· Make the plan for maintenance and contact the supplier for maintenance
· Establish and perform preventive maintenance
· New machine development
· Purchase some production equipments.
· Participate in product development projects.
· Implement test runs and adjusting their production of new materials.
· Training the workers.
· Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
· Calculate production efficiency and provide direct data for performance evaluation.

Co-operation and interfaces
· Production applies daily contact with the production managers, operators and others in the Technology and Quality Group.
· Cooperation with design engineers are often related to product.
Competence requirements
· Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of wire and cable and the technical characteristics.
· Familiar with the various types of manufacturing standards, test standards, cable production process and testing equipment.
· A genuine knowledge and understanding about the manufacturing process.
· Have superior ability to analyze and solve problems, and continuous improvement of product quality and reduce costs
· Electric knowledge
· Computer literacy with proficiency in PC-based word processing spread sheet and databases software.
· Basic English communication
