Anticipate new product demands through an understanding of our industries as well as responding to new product requests initiated by sales department.
Determine feasibility and functional requirements through independent analysis, research and customer contact and create new products according to the Product Development Process.

Prepare and present product training sessions for new employees including Management, Sales and Customer Service personnel.
