岗位职责：
Job Scope:
Provide leadership role for production processes quality control activities by implementing process flow, control plan and other regulations and process qualification initiative to improve process capability;
Response to customer quality feedback timely and effectively to satisfy customer needs, and follow it up until its close internally and externally;
Establish and develop work instructions and train the operators to ensure the implementation of quality control plan;
Drive effective problem solving and assure resolution of issues as well as successful completion of all related corrective and preventive actions to include utilization of KC QIP process;
Work closely with cross functional teams to eliminate roadblocks & communication barriers that may affect quality requirements;
Nonconforming product handling & failure analysis;
Provide quality report and statistical analysis;
Quality training to inspector and operators;
Develop the competence of QA team;
Other duties assigned by the management.

任职资格的具体描述：
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electric, or related discipline;
5 years working experience with quality, technical and leadership background;
Strong background and experience in quality management processes, familiar with statistical quality control tools;
ISO9001 auditor certified or trained, 6 sigma or Lean 6 Sigma qualifications will be a plus;
Excellent co-operation skills, ability to perform in matrix organization;
Fluent in oral and written English.
Stable previous career;
Implementation competence is a necessity;
Execution of the plans in effective way, ”hands on” approach when needed;
Self-discipline, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional & global environment;
Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, and willing to work under pressure.
