岗位职责：
Primary Objective:
Direct and develop the complete manufacturing operations of a production line.
Key Activities:
Increase team management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining manager and supervisor;
Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions that will improve performance;
Understand current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities;
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as assembly, machine operation, processing, treating, or packaging;
Support and initiate measures for work safety management, quality management, environmental protection and process optimization;
Responsible for factory reporting system, collecting and documenting manufacturing data in the database;
Interface with other function departments to finish work;
Develop the operations to maintain and increase productivities and overall effectiveness;
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Key Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge:
Bachelor degree, major in electrical engineering and management;
At least 5 years’ experience in similar position in assembly plant for electrical equipment in multi-national company;
Professional in material management;
Solid MS office skills (word, excel, PPT);
Good command of English, both written and spoken;
Good command of SAP system.
Behavioural Competencies:
Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skill;
Team and target oriented.
