岗位职责：
-As a member of the Operations Management Team to ensure that the Facility is achieving maximum output levels at all times.
-To ensure the manufacture of a quality product which leads to Customer Satisfaction.
-Lead and motivate all subordinates in order to ensure stability and high levels of productivity across plant.
-Develop a culture for continuous improvement through out all areas of the plant.
- Ensure that Company standards are communicated to all employees and that these standards are maintained. These must include Safety, Hygiene, Discipline and Quality standards.
-Continually review and challenge existing procedures in order to implement improvements.
-To ensure turnover is maximised.
-To ensure all relevant revenue spends are directed towards ‘best use’ in their areas of responsibility.

Through the above to raise the profile of the Operations Team in such a way as to facilitate a Culture where change is normal, the better to prepare their teams for the continuous improvement which will become the norm. Some individuals are part of the Operations Recruitment Team.
