岗位职责：
In this exciting role you will act as the primary subject matter expert for all functional aspects of the new ERP system and play a critical role in taking the MS Dynamics AX2012 R2 implementation to the next level in support of our key corporate initiatives.
Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies
Manage internal implementation project resources
Ensure that requirements are contained within defined scope.
Perform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation.
Manage NKL and external supplier deliverables.
Develop communication strategies and lead communications with key stakeholders.
Document and drive issues through resolution, escalating to supplier and IT management as necessary.
Address application support requests from field, operations, accounting and finance end users and project teams.
Analyze, scope, test, and deliver integrated, scalable ERP solutions in support of high-level corporate objectives.
Ensure standard AX configuration when possible; work with IT Management to select ISPs and ensure 3rd party and custom solutions are successfully integrated when deemed appropriate.
Plan and execute future AX Core build deployments and upgrades.
Some travel to Ancra locations will be required.

任职资格的具体描述：
Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
5+ years of Project Management Experience
Should have solid working understanding of AX 2012.
Should have knowledge of Microsoft SureStep
Solid understanding of Discrete Manufacturing and a strong manufacturing background preferred.
Excellent organizational, decision making, and communications skills.
Certification(s) in Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus.
Proficient with MS Office Suite: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Use knowledge of business processes and Dynamics AX to identify software gaps and suggest alternatives.
Plan, Analyze, Implement, Manage & the implementation of the Group ERP Applications (MS Dynamics AX) in Nantong
Ability to collaborate in a team environment, while also working independently.
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
