Recruitment-With the support from HR to select qualified employees to make sure there are enough labor for producing

Training-responsible for skill quality control and safety training in his department, and can answer employees questions about company regulations and welfare policy.
员工的培训,负责本部门员工技能、质量及安全方面的培训,并且可以解答员工关于公司规章制度及薪资福利等相关的问题
Performance Review-responsible for all the employees performance review in his department and submit the result to HR on time
员工的绩效考核,负责本部门所有员工的绩效考核,并在规定时间提交人事部
Encouragement, punishment, promotion and wash out-follow company regulations to do the activities
员工的奖励、处罚、提升以及淘汰,根据公司的规章制度对员工进行上述管理行为,特别是及时淘汰不合格的员工
2. Production and Quality Management
生产管理和质量管理
Fulfill daily production plan and make sure follow the quality standard.
确保按照质量要求完成每日生产计划。
Supervise Epicor specialist to do the daily key in work.
监督Epicor系统专员按时操作完成系统所需工作。
3.Equipment & Tooling Management

Follow Equipment Department instruction to do daily equipment maintenance and cleaning, and submit application for big repair in time.

4.Budget Management
预算管理
Check his department budget and actual expense monthly, to make sure it is within budget.

5.Safety and 5S Management
安全管理及5S管理
Make sure the production in his department follow the safety requirement. Responsible for 5S in his department.
确保本部门安全生产,做好日常的5S工作。

任职资格的具体描述:
1.Know Stamping,Tooling and Heat Treatment work procedure and equipment.
熟悉冲压/工模室和热处理部门工作流程及所用设备。
2.Know stamping product and tooling drawing.
熟悉冲压产品图及模具图。
3.Knowledge of module, include module making, improvement, and maintenance
模具项目管理知识,包括模具制作、改善、维修等
4.Good communication and cooperation ability, including contact with warehouse, QC, and the preceding and the following working procedures.
较强的沟通协调能力,包括同仓库、质量等部门以及上下道工序之间的沟通协调。
5.Certain computer skill, can use CAD, Office software.
一定的电脑应用水平,会使用CAD,Office系列办公软件。
6.Know ISO, QC and 5S work in his department.
掌握本部门相关的ISO、质量控制和5S工作的知识。
7.Familiar with company regulations and welfare policy.
