To facilitate the effective and timely completion of project work, either directly or indirectly through the release of another key member of the site manufacturing management team. To manage ‘compliance’ related processes and procedures to ensure all legal, industry and internal requirements are maintained. To develop a wider understanding of Devro business processes and procedures to enable potential future progression within the manufacturing function or an alternative area within Devro.

Optional
Be responsible for the creation of the weekly product change plan and the management of the Product Change Technician. Be the main point of contact for the planning/logistics function. Co-ordinate unit changes, purges and PPM activities.
Be responsible for specific operations outwith the continuous shift area, for example Fine-S Cold Shirr or Film Finishing. Tasks may include the completion of operator PDR reviews, holiday planning, stock/WIP control, grade/training progression etc.
