岗位职责：
1. Day to day management of staff to ensure output and quality targets are met.
2. Ensure practices are in place to attain continuous improvement in both quality and output.
3. Prepare manufacturing standards and revenue budgets ensuring cost are appropriately controlled.
4. Assist in setting manufacturing strategy to ensure cost effective production.
5. Oversee specified projects ensuring commitment and completion from staff members.
6. Identify weaknesses in existing manufacturing practices and design and implement improvements.
7. Interact with other functions to ensure the objective of meeting customers’ expectations is achieved.
