岗位职责：
Overall day to day management of Quality Department ensuring quality procedures and standards are understood, applied and maintained, throughout the business to an external scrutiny standard.
Build and maintain local government relations in regard to compliance with national regulations and influencing necessary changes to regulations to support production and importation for the China market
Setting the quality strategy, identifying, implementing and championing quality improvement initiatives in the plant, liaising with Product Development, Sales and Operations
Accountable for development and maintenance of Quality, Food Safety and Environmental systems including the management of supplier, customer and certification body quality audits (ISO9000 series, FSSC 22000 and ISO14000 series).
Manage Internal audit programme.
Agree and deliver budgets for quality costs.
Effectively and efficiently manage the product performance aspects of customer complaints. Visiting customers where appropriate to seek cost effective solutions to their problems.
Lead local representation on global Devro quality fora, e.g., Global QA Team
Participate in the Food Safety Team and be responsible for Food Safety and Environmental Training programmes
Design and adapt sampling plans to ensure appropriate level of control of quality.
Manages the New Materials Inventory Request system to ensure all new materials which are being considered for use directly in the process are compliant against current legislation.

任职资格的具体描述：
Educated Degree level in a Science-based or Quality, Environmental or Health and Safety based subject.
Experience of Certification processes with Certification Bodies, preferably approved Lead Auditor Status to ISO9001, FS22000 or ISO14001.
Familiarity with Food Regulations – understanding of the meat industry would be a bonus.
Minimum 5 years management experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 5 years in an auditing environment (internal & external audits).
Strong analytical skills
Ability to communicate positively and influence at all levels of an organisation and with external parties, customers, government, etc..
Preferably a recognised qualification in Advanced Food Hygiene and Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management.
Good Spoken and written English.
