岗位职责：
Direct and coordinate plant operations within company’s philosophy, strategic plan and policies & procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean plant.
Work with GM and HRM to staff the manufacturing operations with the required managers, supervisors, professionals and direct labor workforce.
Establish and direct manufacturing policies and procedures.
Responsible for development and attainment of plant production goals.
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, planning, and shipping.
Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Responsible for on time delivery of quality products.
Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
Anticipate and satisfy any and all government requirements for plant operations.
Regularly review production costs and product quality. Propose modifications in production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the plant
Work with the GM to develop annual operating budgets for manufacturing operations.
Promote organization by collaborating with government, employees; enforcing ethical business practices and fair treatment of all employees, customers and vendors
Other duties as assigned.

University degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering Production Engineering or equivalent

5 years management experience with positions of increasing responsibility as well as experience outlined above with a multinational manufacturing company
