岗位职责：
Effective product development implementation.
Work with Global Engineering Team in US and MD in Nantong with regards to Engineering projects to meet project specifications.
Provide technical expertise and engineering resources to both Engineering staff and other departments.
Hire, train, supervise and develop Engineering staff.
Actively contribute to developing Engineering best practices in order to improve Engineering productivity and efficiency.
Work closely with purchasing, quality and operations to identify qualified vendors, corrective actions, delivery commitments and improved quality of products.
Work with Global Engineering Team to establish local controls for documentation management.
Implement policies and goals in alignment with Kinedyne corporate policies, strategic plan and philosophies.
Direct BOM and MOM set up, revise in ERP system;
Set, review and revise objectives for the department to ensure required level of performance and transparency.
Responsible for cost analysis, instill a low cost/high quality philosophy including cost reduction and unnecessary waste to ensure Engineering department function is cost effective.
Develop and monitor operating budget while identifying areas in which reductions can be made.
Communicate engineering achievements and issues to the appropriate corporate entities, manage well all the engineering drawings and documents in Kinedyne NT, implement product review and validation including all of the related documents.
Responsible to make sure that Engineers receive all the required trainings in a timely manner and also coordinate with the Human Resource department in Nantong to maintain the training record in one common location.

任职资格的具体描述：
BS University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Tool Design, Technology or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership in Engineering.
Fluent in reading, writing in English and Mandarin, fluent English speaking is preferred;
Working experience with ERP, PDM and ECO is preferred.
Working experience with a multinational manufacturing company is preferred.
Hands on Manager, clear thinker, problem solver and communicator with integrity and adequate diplomacy.
Project Management skill with multi-task ability is preferred.
Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel.
2D Autocad experience is required.
5 years management experience with positions of increasing responsibility as well as experience outlined above.
5% - 20% travel is required.
