岗位职责：
Manage a team of production operators and technicians, Coordinate production activities, material flow and inventory to achieve EHS, quality, OTD, and cost target.
Troubleshoot problem of process and equipment, continuously improve production productivity and quality with lowest manufacturing cost.
Ensure timely and proper response to customer complaints with identified root cause corrective actions.
Manage, maintain and deliver to production schedule. Ensure low production scrap. Review and define weekly production plan according to MPS and customer’s delivery schedule. Make sure the production line running smoothly.
Obtain and ensure compliance with ISO9001/ISO14000 quality system and follow them completely. Developing, implementing and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures, Conditions and Work Instructions.
Participate in disposition and control of non-conforming product.
Responsible to set up guidelines for all personnel in the manufacturing team and provide relevant training, development for career advancement and succession. Develop and train line leaders with strong management skills with good quality concept.
Have the Authority for production shut down and responsible for 5S of production area.
Other works assigned by the immediate manager.

任职资格的具体描述：
2 to 7 years of relevant production management experience; metal drum making or packaging process experience is a must
Confident communicator in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment to delivering work in better than expected quality and time. Be self-motivated, pro-active and mature, with outstanding organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills. In addition, you should be flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic environment
Effective problem solving skills with customer service mindset and highly aware of the business needs.
Comfortable working with people from multi-cultural backgrounds and varying seniority levels.
Willing to work in shift and willing to overtime as required
