岗位职责：
BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for all workshop operations and facility maintenance. Establish and enforce all manufacturing policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and coordinate workshop operations within company’s philosophy, strategic plan and policies & procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean workshops.
Work with GM and HRM to staff the manufacturing operations with the required supervisors, professionals and direct labor workforce.
Establish and direct manufacturing policies and procedures.
Responsible for development and attainment of production goals.
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, planning, and shipping.
Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Responsible for on time delivery of quality products.
Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
Anticipate and satisfy any and all government requirements for workshop operations.
Regularly review production costs and product quality. Propose modifications in production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the workshop
Work with the GM to develop annual operating budgets for workshops.
Promote organization by collaborating with government, employees; enforcing ethical business practices and fair treatment of all employees, customers and vendors
Other duties as assigned.

任职资格的具体描述：
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
University degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering Production Engineering or equivalent
Excellent Bilingual Mandarin/English skills required
5 years management experience with positions of increasing responsibility as well as experience outlined above with a multinational manufacturing company
ERP experience required
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
