岗位职责：
1. Certified Supplier Quality Engineer or equivalent
2. Certified TS16949 Auditor or strong knowledge of TS16949 or will accept automotive
equivalent
3. Manage Supplier APQP activity on global sourcing New Programs in China:
•Support PDP - Focus EARLY on New Program Launch issues, to develop suppliers to minimize launch risks.
•For the Critical Suppliers support APQP activities prior to serial production
•As necessary, coordinate with Suppliers the Production Part Approval Process, performing reviews and providing training if required.
•Ensure required Supplier PPAP information is submitted to Inteva Plant for final approval by the established target dates.
•Conduct Process audit and Run @ Rates
4. Support Direct Material Sourcing Process (SCA, Tech Reviews, Pre-Sourcing) to ensure new suppliers understand SRM, APQP, PPAP requirement and pre-launch control plan according to corporate PDP procedure ,Verify Supplier compliance to Inteva’s Supplier Requirements Manual.
5. To conduct training of quality tools and Inteva special requirements to suppliers
6. Provide technical supports to the supplier base for problem analyze and solving in support global sourcing business in Chinese supplier.
7: Support supplier to improve quality performance, like PPM/customer complains/CONC reduction activities.
8: Solve immediate need(s) issues as directed by the supervisor.

任职资格的具体描述：
1. Bachelor's degree, majored in engineering, science or business management, majored in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or chemical engineering.
2. 5~7 years of tier 1 automotive relevant experience
3. Quality management skill. Thorough knowledge of quality and manufacturing tools such as SPC, FMEA, control plans, pokeyoke, pareto analysis, cause and affect analysis, fishbone diagrams, PPAP
4. Tech/Job Skills - Technical field service skill in stamping/injection/electric units industry
5. English - Requires to satisfy demands of daily conversation and job requirements fairly fluently.
6. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and report writing skills
