岗位职责：
Essential Responsibilities1. Work in the development project to meet the time line of customer projects according to project plan.2. Make sure that customer specification will be met.3. Have a good technical understanding of the market and customer need and give feedback to the PM.4. Be able to explain difficult technical topics to the customer.5. Have good communication skill to work in a multi-cultural project between Asia –Europe - US.

任职资格的具体描述：
Technical or functional Knowledge
1. Have long term and detailed experience in the ECU SW/HW development or engine application.
2. Have detailed knowledge in combustion engines for diesel and gas, preferred in large bore engines for marine, locomotive and power gen applications.
3. Good technical understanding of engine installation, commissioning and operation.
4. Technical background with degree in electrical engineering and education in specific field of application.
5. Understanding of software tools in Matlab / Simulink.
6. Basic understanding of application software and developer environment.
Experience and essential requirements
1. Proven work experience of at least 3-5 years for diesel and/or gas engines.
2. Project management skills.
3. Fluent in English, oral and writing.
4. Chinese speaker or Expat from Amal.
5. Good in trouble shooting, failure analysis and reporting.
6. Present new products and give training to customer.
7. Be able to conduct basic tests of the products in the lab.
8. Full of initiative (enterprising) and self-propelled.
9. Very communicative.
10. Good writing skills.
