岗位职责：
Essential Responsibilities1. Successfully implement ES strategies in alignment with business objectives.2. Provide leadership and motivation to ES China team.3. Provide customer, technical and market liaison to ES sales, engineering and product management groups.4. Explore new market and product opportunities and provide feedback to Engine Solutions Management.5. Monitor local ES staff with encouragement and reward for behaviours that are aligned with strategies and values.6. Develop and monitor forecasts and budgets in alignment with ES and KT goals and objectives.7. Interface and maintain strong relationships with local distribution and business partners and resolve business related issues as required. 8. Develop a strong awareness of local business, social and political culture and how it affects ES new and on-going business opportunities and make recommendations to ES management as required.9. Develop awareness of and monitor market and business trends in the region and develop recommendations to stratagies as required.10. Supervise local ES staff as direct supervisor. Perform annual reviews and adjustments. 11. Monitor staff levels, task distribution and role expertise and make recommendations and changes as required in order to achieve Engine Solutions objectives.

Technical or functional Knowledge
1. Expertise in the sales and marketing of technical products.
2. Expertise in leadership and supervision of highly skilled and motivated staff.
3. Expertise in business practice, operations and execution.
4. Knowledge of internal combustion engines.
5. Engineering background is a strong plus.
Experience and essential requirements
1. 10+ years in experience with engineering and/or sales of technical products.
2. Demonstrated leadership skills.
3. Language skill are a strong plus (English, Chinese, German).
4. Technical degree in engineering related field.
5. Experience in overseas assignments and worldwide travel.
6. Expat from US, Europe, Australia with experience living in China but familiar with western management cultures/style – or - Chinese with experience working and living in western countries.
