岗位职责：
· Develop hotel projects in the China region;
发展中国地区的酒店项目
· Identify and contact potential owner in order to acquire new project.
辨别和接触潜在客户以获得新项目
· Make and present hotel technical service and management proposals to potential owners;
为潜在客户制定及介绍酒店技术服务和管理提案
· Maintain the project on schedule and communication between management side and owner side;
确保管理方和业主方在项目进度上的顺畅沟通
· Keep SVP with updated information on all market development and on-going projects;
确保资深副总裁及时掌握最新的市场发展动态和项目进度
· Organize department heads of corporate office in supporting a certain project;
协助部门负责人管理和运作具体项目;
· Cooperate with technical team to ensure a smooth service quality to projects;
积极与技术团队配合以确保项目的服务质量
· Develop and secure on long term basis to projects;
发展并确保长期项目的实施
· Disseminate and amplify the Brand reputation as a leader in the hotel industry in China region;
推广和扩大本品牌作为中国地区酒店业领先品牌的声誉
· Manage and maintain the relationship between the company and current properties’ owner;
管理和维系集团公司和项目业主间的合作关系
· Help property GMs in coordinating with owners about some daily operation issues initiated and reported by owner side;
帮助酒店总经理协调沟通在日常运营中业主方提出的问题
· Keep all property development information highly confidential;
对业主方的开发信息予以高度保密
· Perform all other duties as required.

任职资格的具体描述：
· College degree or above in business administration or hotel industry；
工商管理或旅游业相关的专科以上学历
· At least 10 years working experience in related field, including extensive experience in business development in hotel or real estate field;
至少10年以上在相关领域的工作经验，在酒店业务发展或房地产领域拥有广泛的从业经验
· Having in-depth knowledge of the hotel industry preferably a mixture of Development, Operations and Marketing;
对旅游行业有丰富而深厚的理解和认知，以发展、运营和市场各方面兼而有之者为宜
· Commercial sharpness with strategic and innovative thinking responsibilities;
拥有用敏锐的商业战略眼光和创新思维能力
· Open-minded and aggressive working attitude, excellent in team cooperation;
思维开阔，积极进取的工作态度和良好的团队合作精神
· Proven track record of good client management and strong network capability;
具有可证实业绩的工作履历，包括良好的客户管理与强大的社会关系网络等
· Be responsible to implement business strategies for identifying and developing new business opportunities;
